CO2 Capture ProjectWeb

Website redevelopment by our sister company CPL Press on behalf of Pulse Brands for the CO2 Capture Project. Development was based on an initial brief from Pulse and an original design by Jam Design. Design and programming was carried out by Roger Coombs also of Leafstream.
CO2 Capture and Geological Storage is a technological process to capture CO2 emissions from fossil fuel-fired power plants and other industrial processes and then store the CO2 deep underground in geological formations securely away from the atmosphere. The CO2 Capture Project website includes information on project partners and activities, an introduction to CO2 capture technology, an extensive publications database featuring technical papers, presentations and reports, and a media and resources page including links to FAQs, non-technical reports, an image library and a glossary of CO2 capture terms.

ManagEnergy Sustainable Transport Flick BookWeb address: www.managenergy.net The Sustainable Transport and Energy Saving Flick Books were created for the ManagEnergy project, an initiative of EC DG Energy and Transport, on behalf of our sister company CPL Press. The interactive books are available in 27 labguages. The transport book promotes simple but effective alternatives to individual car travel including walking to school, cycling, public transport and lift sharing. The book on energy saving encourages teenagers to switch to low energy electrical goods and lights, and to turn them off when not in use. |

of the web development demonstrates to property owners a service orientated
approach to high quality holiday lettings, while including several
luxury cottages and retreats available for immediate booking. The website
will later move to a fully searchable database driven lettings site
with online bookings. The emphasis will remain on quality rather than
quantity. Leafstream also designed the logo and branding for this website. |

European Biofuels Technology PlatformWeb address: www.biofuelstp.eu Designed by Roger Coombs of Leafstream on behalf of our sister company CPL Press, the website of the European Biofuels Technology Platform is the main communications portal for a major EC project that promotes RD&D of sustainable advanced biofuels across Europe. The website is hosted on the CPL Press server, and includes a forum, a secure members area, a searchable database of biofuels companies,and public information pages on biofuels, crops, conversion technologies, marketing of biofuels and sustainability. Roger Coombs of Leafstream also designed and produced the 64 page full colour Strategic Research Agenda document on behalf of CPL Press for the Biofuels TP, as well as posters, roll ups and brochures. |

www.managenergy.net ManagEnergy KidsCorner is a major new energy education portal developed on behalf of our sister company CPL Press for EC DG Energy and Transport. The site includes: -> A teacher database with links to several hundred energy education websites in 30 languages. Teachers and energy education professionals can search by language, type of resource, target age group, focus area, etc. The database also uses a bespoke results ranking system and screenshots of each site to add visual impact. Produced using HTML, PHP/MySQL -> Pages for children under 11 - a Flash interface with links to games, puzzles, a photolibrary, PDF downloads, and lots of Flash animations on energy saving, renewables and sustainable transport. The site has been localised in 21 languages. All design, development, illustration, animation, content and programming was created in house using HTML, Flash, JavaScript, XML. -> Pages for children over 11 - a colourful interafce in 21 languages with information pages, Flash games, a photo gallery and an e-postcard system created in PHP/MySQL. |

Interstate recently created a new corporate identity for the company - redesigning the logo, updating the website and producing a printed presentation folder and business stationery.
